Prioritizing Bugs in Development

This article is talking about management, but I’m sure the same applies to people interacting with your application:

Bad is Stronger than Good

The article says that it takes five good experiences to cancel out one bad experience.  While I’m sure this number is actually variable based on how desirable the app is — hence entertainment apps get more slack than business apps — it is a good generalization. And it is yet another reason to prioritize bugs at the top of your development backlog as soon as they come in.
