The article says that it takes five good experiences to cancel out one bad experience. While I’m sure this number is actually variable based on how desirable the app is — hence entertainment apps get more slack than business apps — it is a good generalization. And it is yet another reason to prioritize bugs at the top of your development backlog as soon as they come in.
